Meet Leo and Cleo: Room Service with Personality

Leo and Cleo are guest favorites, and for a good reason. These futuristic room service robots are ready to help with your every need from snack orders to bringing any forgotten essentials right to your door.

All you have to do is request your items by contacting the front desk, texting the "Phone-cierge," or using the in-room Amazon Alexa. Once your items are packed with Leo or Cleo, they find their way to your room, notify you of their arrival, and present you with your order. The personality of these smart robots comes out when you give your 5-star review, to which they will do a celebratory dance. Leo and Cleo add a playful, high-tech touch to your stay that you won’t find anywhere else.

Your Room, Your Soundtrack

Getting ready is better with some good tunes. That’s why each room includes a gramophone amplifier, and it isn’t just for looks. Though the horn-shaped gadget is a unique aesthetic touch, it’s also an acoustic amplifier designed to boost the sound of your smartphone without using any electricity.

Simply place your phone in the slot at the base, play your music, and enjoy the loud, clear sound of your favorite songs. Whether you’re getting ready for a Chicago adventure, an evening at the Albert, or having an impromptu dance party with your travel buddies, the gramophone is the perfect touch of technology to set the mood.
